I am a professional psychotherapist and coach since 2008. I hold qualifications and degrees in coaching and counseling. I am now completing my final year as a doctoral candidate in psychology with an emphasis on performance and clinical interventions.
I blend traditional coaching with clinical methods. I also use various supporting modalities such as Biofeedback, Mind-Body Bridging (MBB), hypnotherapy and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR.) This unique combination of techniques promotes long-lasting changes and maximizes the benefits of coaching.
I am also a seasoned, third-cultured expatriate who has lived in several countries across Asia-Pacific and the World, and I know well the unique circumstances faced by clients who are settling in new environments.
