About me:

Ever since I was very young, people often spontaneously came to me to tell me about some of the things that they were concerned about. Sometimes they did it just to vent, others, they were looking for solutions. This is what made me decide to dedicate my life to helping people find answers.

I ́m a Certified Cognitive Behavioral Coach and have twenty-five years experience as a Psychology Professor and Researcher, Psychological Advisor and Trainer of Social and Psychological Skills both in private practice .

My non-judgmental approach, enables the client the opportunity to discover themselves in a safe environment. Incorporating various modalities and techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Coaching, Humanistic and Positive Psychology, Relaxation, Hypnosis and Imagery. My goal is to help you find your own answers.

Lifestyle improvement is a holistic concept, in order for change and growth to occur, the entire person needs to be addressed from a physical, emotional, cognitive and spiritual aspect.

Problems have to be analyzed and understood as intrapersonal-interpersonal inadequate transactions, a combinations of emotions, cognitions and behaviors in interaction with others in a context. Through the sessions, the clients learn to modify the dysfunctional feedback loops they experience within themselves, with others and the world to become happier.

My role is to help you to find your own answers. I address your entire person and each of these four storyline: physical, emotional, cognitive and spiritual. Lifestyle improvement is a holistic concept.

I offer different coaching modalities (challenging irrational thoughts, assertiveness training, relaxation, role-playing, guided imagery) to allow the client to reach his/her full potential.
